Human topoisomerase II beta is prepared by overexpressing in baculovirus-infected insect cells (Spodoptera frugiperda) and purifying it by methods developed in-house. Our enzyme is of ultra-high quality, allowing for relaxation assays as well as decatenation assays to be performed. We are also able to supply cleavage-grade human topo II.
