This is an IgG2b monoclonal antibody raised against the C-terminal domain of E. coli GyrA produced from tissue culture supernatant derived from mouse hybridoma cells.

The primary antibody should be diluted 1:1,000 where pure protein has been loaded or 1:200 for cell lysates.
