Vaccinia Virus Topo I

Vaccina Virus Topo I is prepared by overexpressing the protein in E. coli and then purified by methods developed in-house

1 U of topo I will relax 0.5 µg of supercoiled pBR322 DNA in 1X Assay buffer in a total reaction volume of 30 µl in 30 minutes at 37°C. 

Store at -80ºC.

All enzyme is supplied with Dilution Buffer and 10X concentrated Assay Buffer which are also available separately.
