Wheat Germ Topoisomerase I

Wheat germ topoisomerase I is prepared from wheat germ and is capable of relaxing supercoiled DNA. 1 U of topo I will relax 0.5 µg of supercoiled pBR322 DNA in 30 minutes at 37°C. 

It is recommended that the enzyme is aliquoted to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Store at -80ºC.

All enzyme is supplied with Dilution Buffer and 2X concentrated Assay Buffer which are also available separately.
