ISO9001 Promotion Terms & Conditions
This promotion entitles eligible customers to a 20% discount on Inspiralis products and services for qualifying orders placed between 12 May 2026 and 30 June 2026 inclusive.
The promotion applies to all Inspiralis products and services, including enzyme products, custom proteins and contract research services. There is no minimum order value.
To qualify, customers must submit a valid purchase order during the promotional period by emailing [email protected]. Orders placed via the Inspiralis website are excluded from this promotion and will not qualify for the discount.
The promotion applies to new orders, repeat orders and projects already under discussion but not yet ordered. It does not apply to existing quotations issued before the promotional period, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Inspiralis.
Forward orders may be placed under this promotion, provided that delivery of products or commencement of services occurs within six months of purchase order acceptance by Inspiralis.
The 20% discount applies to product and service prices only. It does not apply to VAT, shipping, handling, customs duties, import charges, taxes or any other additional costs or third-party charges.
This promotion is available in applicable territories, subject to local requirements. Where orders are normally placed through an authorised distributor, customers may be required to place orders through that distributor.
This promotion may not be combined with other discounts, or offers, unless otherwise stated by Inspiralis in writing.
All orders remain subject to Inspiralis’ standard terms and conditions of sale and, where applicable, technical review, feasibility assessment, regulatory requirements, export controls and acceptance by Inspiralis. Inspiralis reserves the right to decline any order or project at its discretion.
If an order is cancelled, materially changed, delayed beyond the permitted six-month delivery or project commencement period, or otherwise no longer meets the conditions of this promotion, Inspiralis reserves the right to withdraw the discount or amend the pricing accordingly.
Inspiralis reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time where necessary, without affecting qualifying orders already accepted in writing.
