Delivery Information

The company arranges delivery of the products, after receiving an order and payment from the customer. All shipments contain dry ice unless otherwise indicated.

Delivery dates

  • An estimated delivery date is provided in the order acceptance.

  • Delivery dates are approximate; the exact time of delivery is not guaranteed. 

  • The company is not responsible for delays caused by inadequate delivery instructions from the customer.

  • The company can change the delivery date with reasonable written notice.

The below information is subject to the requested product(s) being in stock. Delivery updates are sent from [email protected]. Please mark this address as a safe sender so you don’t miss any updates.

UK mainland delivery:

Orders to UK mainland addresses are dispatched on Mondays and Tuesdays on a next-day service. 

  • Orders placed on Mondays and on a Tuesday before 12pm will be dispatched on the next day, subject to availability. 

  • Orders placed between 12pm Tuesday and 11.59pm on Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday, subject to availability.

Overseas delivery:

Overseas deliveries are dispatched on a Monday.

  • Orders placed before 12pm on Friday are dispatched the next Monday (i.e. 1-5 working days later)

  • Orders placed after 12pm on Friday are dispatched the following Monday (i.e. 6 working days later).

Inspiralis is not responsible for providing the necessary import documents for overseas shipments. If you need assistance in importing our products, it may be advisable to use one of our distributors or ask us for recommended customs and freight forwarding agents.

Delivery note:

Each delivery includes a delivery note stating the order date, reference numbers, product type and quantity, and any specific delivery instructions provided by the customer.

Amending your order

Please note that amending your order may result in your delivery date being changed. Orders cannot be amended once dispatched.
