ReDCat Chip
Inspiralis is now able to offer a new service for the investigation of the interaction of specific DNA sequences with proteins using surface plasmon resonance. The ReDCat technique can be used to rapidly and cheaply identify DNA sequences which bind to a protein, to identify key residues in the sequence or to see the effects of mutations in the protein.
