The Iceni Seedcorn Fund has been established to assist the process of commercialising innovation and technological development derived within the partner institutions. It aims to support business development proposals at an early stage, when they might not be investment-ready for mainstream venture capital or similar sources of funding; but regards the strength of the business case as being of key importance and is not a source of soft funding.
